At 65 i naturally began breathing through my nose for the first time, i believe my body is trying desperately to continue to live. Getting a sick gutt and aquiring sibo has altered my life drastically, food seems to be an enemy to my well being. My chiro sees that im stuck in flight/fight. So at this time all i can do is try and get and keep things moving - i am truly grateful for this channel & Dr Perry as that is my saving grace rn.... there's so much more...as long as there's breath in me i continue to work at it, through these avenues you are likely leading truly desperate people to regaining some form of normalcy.....THANK YOU

Have you tried a carnivore diet, eliminating all sugar, carbs, plants? Meat, eggs, fish, salt and water, and experiment with dairy.

@@cameronbutler2960how do you have a balanced diet and get enough cals only eating meat? Like for me, im pretty positive is impossible for me to eat at LEAST 3000 calories worth of meat every day…
@cameronbutler2960Ай бұрын
@TheNamesFarquaad there are many people thriving on beef bacon butter and eggs. Most of the calories come from fat. Apparently these foods have every vital nutrient without the plant antinutrients that cause issues for autoimmune disease. It's only low on vitamin c which seems to be that you don't need it when you aren't eating carbs that cause oxidative stress.

@@cameronbutler2960 isnt that hella saturated fat tho which is very bad for you?

It’s relieving to finally understand all of what’s been wrong with me for years. Unfortunately I feel so far gone in every aspect I’m finding it very difficult to reclaim my life. I have been almost bed ridden for the last 5 years and I am very far gone but will keep watching and trying to improve myself.

Don't give up! I feel for you. It took me a long time and many doctors to figure out multiple issues. Start small. Maybe start with your breathing and keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth (your brain will eventually remember that's where it should be). Find Dr. Perry's videos on breathing, Big 6 and Morning Flow and lots more. Last night I went to a cocktail reception and stood for 2 hours - which I never thought would be possible - as my world was getting smaller and smaller. I will remain hopeful for you!

I can’t seem to reply to my previous comment however here are some suggestions for future videos/podcast ideas that would great, I hope they work for you guys too. I’ve loved Alex’s work over the years and I found the video on GERD really fascinating. I would love to get an in depth analysis of: - LPR/Silent Reflux, what is it/does it link to any other gut condition?what are the possible causes for this? Hernias? SIBO? Candida? Vagus Nerve Issues? Inflammation? Vitamin Deficiencies e.g B1? Posture? Poor Motility? Mould? Lack of Pre/Pro/Postbiotics? - Effects of PPIs on LPR/GERD, are they useful or harmful? How to wean off correctly? Furthering on from this I would love if you could help explore: - Hiatal Hernias and their effect on GERD/LPR, what are they, what causes them, can they be fixed e.g. OMT/Iqoro? Do they affect/restrict the vagus nerve? - Head injuries and their effect on the gut/upper GI conditions/Gut health and brain fog - Mental health conditions/developmental disorders e.g. adhd/asd/bipolar/depresssion and their effects on the gut, are people with these more prone to gut conditions such as GERD/LPR/IBS/IBD/SIBO etc - Secretory igA markers, what causes this to be high/low, how do you identify/heal? - Pathobionts Parasites e.g. Blastocystis hominis/Dientamoeba fragilis. Are these good are these bad? How do they impact Upper GI conditions, do they need to be eradicated or not? - How can mould affect conditions such as LPR/GERD? Thanks again, I’ve been loving these KZbin videos, and podcasts. The research and information sharing you guys do has played such a pivotal role in my life and healing journey.

Recently found this KZbin channel years after my great experience with Healthpath testing and consultations. I’m loving this content, it’s really helping me understand how everything connects. Keep it up! Additionally, Is there any way to suggest topics for future videos?
