What kind of insulation did you use? We are looking to do something similar. Looks great!

We used open cell spray foam insulation throughout the main barndo. We also used open cell throughout the tiny house. The one place we used closed cell was on the underside of the tiny house because it is open and the closed cell will act as a moisture barrier from the elements underneath. From my understanding talking to 2 different spray foam companies closed cell will hide leaks and possibly cause issues later. By using open cell on the roof, if you do have a leak, you will see it quicker and you can find the leak a little easier. Where as with closed cell, the water might run and the leak could be in another spot much further away from where you think it is. Thanks for watching and for the questions.

Hey Mike, The interior sq ft is around 2900, not including the garage. We built during cvd so it was more expensive and depending on where you live the price will vary. That's why we didn't include a price. I would estimate $130-250 a sq ft depending on finishes.
