I'm a night owl and this works for me. Stop getting hung up on "morning"! The same principle applies no matter what time of day you wake up and start your activities. A hammer, a telescope, an exercise program or a fasting lifestyle will work whether you start at 6AM, noon or 8PM. Not a one size fits all, personalize it for YOU!

I bought the new Miracle Morning book (really good!) and started doing SAVERS a week ago. It’s a great way to start the day. However, a 7-day free TRIAL isn’t the same as a free app. The app isn’t free, which was pretty disappointing since it’s promised in podcasts and in Hal’s book.

This is so strange..I was doing mostly keto for days and then I had two pieces of sourdough bread with vegan keto soup last night....In morning yesterday I had two keto cupcakes and 3 tiger nut flour pancakes ..and a vegan sushi and a beef chomp....I thought for sure I would not have any ketones . I checked my glucose and ketones this morning and glucose was 78 and ketones 0.7 this morning.......Last week I had lost ketones due to being on vacation and eating junk food .Today Im trying to just drink some bone broth to boost ketones more but I got really hungry and ate one avocado...I am new at this but Im experimenting and noticing that if I eat just two meals a day and in a 6 hour window and stay keto ish I usually can stay in ketosis...

Dr Boz has keto continuum & you should be at each step for 2 weeks before you move to the next. You want to have your fat based hormones in circulation, thus sets you up for success.
