Yes, that's the original source for the in game emote. However the girls are probably going off the fact that the JP localization of the name of the emote is the same as the move in Kimetsu no Yaiba. Hence, their comments. The TL is only of what they said.

This is a bit out of topic, however, I've been wondering if there are any possibilities for Botan to join any apex tournament? Also how good is she compared to Aqua or Towa?

Botan was prizing in open tournaments before, not like this one that's only open to vtubers and has team strength restrictions, but she's mostly retired from the life of knuckling down to train for tournaments now
