Hello Jo and Vic, Ever since you told everyone about the baby when I watch your vlog I think back when my wife and waited for our first child. She is now 55 and raising her own family. I had a nightmare in Tesco There was a lovely lady on the tills, glowing and clearly 7months gone. Me being a blunt autistic Yorkshire man asked when it was due! Bells, lights and security guards got me. Apparently she wasn’t expecting and pressed the panic button. I now never ask. Great Video 🙏🏻

Life as been si busy with my little one . Haven’t got to comment though I watched on the Telly. Thank you both for the videos. Always wonderful. In Ontario, Canada where my Dad learned to paddle from the native America’s it was the oldest women’s job to paddle in the back while the next oldest paddled in front. The superficial males sat in the middle.

Congratulations both,my mum and aunt were born a working boat in the 1930’s and 40s,my grandparents worked for Fellows Morton and Clayton.Grandads boat was the Clee,it’s awaiting restoration at Alvecote marina it’s one of the last wooden hull boats.

Your excellent vids make me go back and relive our many UK canal trips, and for that I thank you. My Pearson Cheshire Ring Guide shows that on June 11, 1996, we also visited the farm shop. Also saw a dog take a mouse away from a cat and eat it. Great memories!

I just love your vlogs, makes me feel so relaxed when watching I always feel I am along with you on your narrowboat. And just bliss when you are both paddling that canoe. Not an easy task to edit your filming to make us feel part of your journey, your baby is going to have a wonderful life with you both. I liked reading the early vlogs when you were at Trent Lock (our home territory) working on your boats, we used to use Mills dry dock to paint our narrowboat which we no longer have now. Have a successful weekend at Tixall Wide, stopped there many times on our journeys.
