Hiya. Well done. Love the progress of your garden. Can i offer a little advice for care of the Papaya Tree. protect its roots over Winter so cover the ground around it with some hay which will act as an insulator basically and also protect the Stem & branches from Frosts and sever cold. It will drop its leaves but will grow back. also dont overwater it.

The monstera is found growing in 9B downtown Houston, all the way to Galveston that is 10A . It should be fine in the 9A range of Houston.

Not sure if you talked about it in past videos, but did you amend your soil before you started you garden project or have you been planting directly into the soil as is? Thanks love the videos!

I don’t amend my soils, I honestly think people on KZbin mainly recommend it just to sell product. If you mulch well the soil microbes will naturally break the mulch down and build up organic matter.
