Starting a New Distribution Center! - Transport Fever 2

In this video we make some minor adjustments to the map then start building a new distribution center.
I am using a few mods and assets so my playthrough may differ if you are playing with no mods.
The mods I use are:
More Industry Levels
Natural Town Growth
Fantasia Map Generator
Build with Collision
Better Roads
There are a couple other workshop items I use but they are mainly cosmetic/assets and do not affect gameplay too much.

Could I just ask what your IT setup is pls? I guess most saliently, your GPU? The graphics are incredible

GPU is a RTX 3060ti. I am running the highest graphics settings and I also have the Morning mod active which really enhances the graphics in this game
