The composition and colour pallet you always use, its so mesmerising and beautiful. I'll never get tired of looking at it! I'm also the same with my first page, it has to be perfect in my own way but in the end (even if others say it looks good) I end up disappointed with it. I've tried using this sketchbook but the size and the fact the pages can be taken out put me off. I also didn't like the paper as well since I've been using watercolour more and ink. I always look forward to your videos!

Thank you so much❤ The standards we set for ourselves is so annoying, I don't know why we're like this 😭 I'm glad I've gotten to try this book coz I've always been curious, but yeah the size feels strange maybe because it's a fairly tall book (thick) so it makes it feel like an even smaller space to work on. The perforated pages upset me too, I hate when books do that. And you're right about the paper, maybe because it's for alcohol markers mediums like watercolour and gouache just don't work well on it, and I'm trying not to let it bother me but I love Gouache and I hate not being able to use it straight in my book.

Oh my god, that is one of the coolest yet most beautiful things I've ever seen. The story was heartfelt, and really adds to the final piece. Plus, i looove the way her hair falls, and the gradients are awesome!

omg this is too funny, i just got my ohuhu sketchbooks yesterday and spent all day decorating them😂 i was also really thrown off by the texture because i never got a sketchbook with that weird rubbery leather? texture before. and surprisingly my stickers sticked quite well on the sketchbook compared to my other ones. either way, can’t wait to see this sketchbook get filled as i fill mine along side you!!

I have this sketchbook and I had the same problem with stickers on the the front, I’ve been using mine for about 3 months now and I’ve had to glue down my stickers a couple of times but I found the bigger ones don’t really come up. Hope this is helpful, I love your videos sm :)

16:34 whenever I start a new sketchbook, I always dedicated the first page to big blocky letters saying "DRAW WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT" with various silly doodles around it to take the pressure off haha
