Do you rent 1 container per customer, or do you also mod containers for example to have 3 doors to increase €/m2 return? I thought about having different sizes for different customer needs

Like you said in this video, finding a place to rent out or buy has been the biggest challenge so far. When you are considering buying your own land, are you personally looking for raw land outside of town, or more industrial-use land in town? Glad you like it! The latter - industrial-use land. I'm currently in the process of buying a 750 sq meter (really small) site. It will cost me around 170k - land is really expensive over here! Hope you will start your business soon! :)

What a great video As it’s something I am looking into now. I have enough capital to buy 20 20 foot containers and am looking for a net ROI of 20%. What percentage of your revenue do you budget for insurance maintenance and depreciation?

Recurring costs like these would accumualte to less than 5%

@@financeHans thanks for your reply. If you pay 3000 euros a container with delivery and you anticipate it will last 20 years. Thats 12.50 a month you need to save each month per container for replacing it. Which is 12.5% obviously if you rent out for 100 euros a month.

Glad you liked it! Well if you get a property and ensure that you make a big surplus overall - that's a good indication! Security gate is not necessarily needed but nice to have!
