Hii Morgan 👋🏻 I love your videos so much 💕 Bathroom design advice:( I am not an expert but I hope you like it 😊) I personally like dark color bathrooms like in black and white or in different tones of brown colour. But if your looking for bright and light style bathroom I would recommend pastel pink, blush pink and light coral. White tiles are the most popular because it brightens the interior and it gives a sense of order and lightness. And also I found something really cool that I would love to share it's called DIY Idea: Glass Tile Mirror Frame. Imagine gleaming glass tiles surrounding the large mirror in your new bathroom. Reflecting and bouncing light throughout a naturally lit space is a great way to make a small bathroom look and feel bigger!

I’m fucking with the dungeon bathroom. I would opt for a brass hardware though. It’ll give it some warmth. Black hardware will get lost and make the bathroom feel colder. It also may cheapen your finishes, which you’re spending a pretty penny on. I’d look into antique brass, copper or a brushed/polished brass. Some bronzes may also work well depending on the finish. It’ll add warmth but also will help ground the very modern finishes your going for and balance them out. I’m excited to see what you end up picking though, you’ve got some really nice samples to choose from.

I would go for a textured black marble for the 3rd bathroom, not the pure black - just so water stains arent so obviously visible on it! Loving all the choices

my opinion as someone who has made over a bathroom and regretted it: Don't do marble on marble! you will have issues decorating and it will erk you that they don't match completely! do white subway/natural tiles on walls and marble on the floor or vice versa! trust me! the full marble might be "Luxury" but it will get old too fast.

Okay I'm obsessed with the mirror tiles. I think they'd make a great back splash for the bar in the BARn. Might be too much for the whole bar back splash but if you put it where you store your liquor, it'll make it appear a lot fuller.

I love it too, but as a previous bartender and current homeowner, with a mirror wall, hers would be it's a PITA to clean. All the facets! I say get it, but know you'll be cleaning those before every get-together!

I actually used the exact same stacked stone you showed for cookie’s bathroom, in my bathroom. I LOVE IT. I think it feels luxurious and really pops. I added it as an accent in my niche ledge that ran along the entire wall of my shower. It’s wonderful - doesn’t get dirty or show any water marks. Highly recommend!

OoOoOo I’m obsessed with these samples!!!! It’s going to look gorgeous! We’re about to gut our bathroom, too, so this video is giving me energy! Obsessed with the dungeon room bathroom. That elongated V-shaped tile on the far left is fantastic! It’s hard to match marble tiles with like colors. I like to focus on compatible hues in the grains. I think you’re making all the right decisions. All the ones you say you’re obsessed with, I’m obsessed with, too! LOVE that floor tile for Hanks bathroom!! My sisters had so much issues with the black tiles and black faucets etc, they cost her a fortune and now she’s having to replace it all with lighter tiles and silver faucets (her house is just over 1 year old). Also think about the cleaning products you might need for the different tiles, flooring and walls etc. emerald green or navy blue would look amazing in the 4th bathroom

My son and daughter-in-law renovated a 1950’s adorable Cape Cod. They were definitely on a budget, so they picked one area in the kitchen, and bathrooms to really make the wow factor, and used a lot of subway tile, and budget friendly tiles to fill in. My favorite was the back soapstone herringbone tiles they used for bathroom floor, and in shower cubbies. They splurged on hand glazed tiles behind stove up to ceiling, then did basic for rest of backsplash. It’s gorgeous, and they feel they got the look without feeling icky about the cost.

From experience, any oil rubbed bronze hardware I've ever had either 1. Chips or 2. Wears off with use and basically becomes a weird dull chrome, ew. I absolutely love your taste and following this journey! I also agree that maybe a brushed gold, rose gold or even brushed nickel would be great!

Formal dining room love the vision, but is missing something. Cookie's Bathroom floor I'm obsessed with. It would look great with the mirror tile walls or glittery wall paint.
