As a female boxer with 9 championship belts(state,regional,and nationals) keep it up🥰🥊 I loooove when woman start boxing it’s great for self defense to and Brazilian JJ is too it’s actually more realistic for self defense❤

Girl! I just started my boxing journey as well and I did not expect my arms to feel like jello after my first 1 hour class 😩 I was winded and spent! 😮💨 This entire video is so relatable 🫠😅
