Sarah & Marcel, I love what you do and my tips are the really easy ones. Fuel in=work done= weight stable. I love morning walks with my wife who has a less physical job than me and we enjoy that time together too. Fit fads are that ! Gentle lifestyle changes are the go ! no "six week" challenges, just adjust and take your time. I'm 52 and work outside so take what I say with a grain of salt too. God bless you all !!

Aaawww, thanks. Yeah I feel it just needs to be a slow and steady process for me as I can’t just go hard as I am so unfit. We have both been pretty inactive for years so even just getting more active will help. And cutting out some crap food 😂 The morning walks have been great 🙂

That’s a hard one, 1 & 2 are similar so my vote goes to 3. Great drawings Sarah, don’t biff them you will regret it further down the track, I’m sure they don’t take up a lot of space. All the best with your fitness regime I don’t envy you both looks like hard work ahead but admire you both for getting into it. You could try going on a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting for a while I’m sure the kilos will fall off you both. Love your videos, very natural and down to earth, both of you😊

Really want to encourage you guy's, it takes about 2 months to form a new habit. Even when you don't feel like it, get out and do a short ride or walk. Sign up to an event, gives you something to work towards
