Starting over at 28 - a life RESET that will transform everything

I am turning 28 this week! In this video I will take you along in my life reset this year that includes big changes such as quitting my job, leaving my house, declutter all of my stuff and move into a van with Kees and our adventure cat Ros, to live in the middle of nature.
This is my story about overcoming fear and anxiety, and finally daring to become the artist that I have always longed to be. I show you how I ground myself with daily routines and mind practices to create a strong body for the change that is to come.
Isn’t autumn the best time to look within and let go of the leaves that don’t serve us anymore? Let’s reflect on our goals, priorities, and values and think about the direction our lives are headed in. So let’s open up and share this journey! 💛
