More to come on flashing around doors/windows/mechanical blocking! We actually are using a natural stone veneer so we are handling most of the prep work but hiring a mason for the stone application. Natural stone can be tricky

looks like you know your stuff but when you run trim like you did around the power meter you should run the "jamb" pieces down pas the "sill" because the way you did it creates a horizontal seam which JH requires flashing on.
