I was flying in the wilds of Eastern Oregon last week and could have used a pad like that, but really I need to put in the reps to be comfortable hand-launching and recovering.

I am comfortable hand launching. I have no interest in hand catching though. I have a weak stomach and don't like to see blood. LOL
