I'm not one to usually point out inaccuracies but Half-Human Spock turned 100% Human and couldn't deal with the lack of control because he was experiencing the emotions in a new way, he still had all his training AS a Vulcan to draw upon but couldn't do it. They turned from 100% Human to 100% Vulcan and instantly acclimated to it, they would not suddenly have years of training to control their emotions.

Well not sure how it works, but you gotta remember as humans they'd have years of controlling emotions... sure Vulcans have stronger ones but we humans have just as strong sometimes and we control them well enough naturally, doubt the change would have altered them to the point all that being used to emotions as a human was wiped away, i mean that would be a total brain scramble... and i doubt that happened.

Not to be a party-pooper for a great scene, but they wouldn't be so logical be simply becoming biological Vulcans. On the contrary, they would become hyper-emotional. Vulcan emotional detachment is not genetic; it is acquired through decades of rigorous mental discipline and training.

Interesting how a serum that turns humans to Vulcans seems to impart a lifetime of Vulcan knowledge, a lifetime of Vulcan emotional control as well as new hair styles, makeup, clothes and shoes.
