This startup salary issue and working hour issue has been very tiresome. I got exploited after pulling all nighter multiple times. And at the end when I couldnot take it anymore and decided to leave, I was not paid anything at all. I am now avoiding startups mostly and only carefully choosing startups which are funded well.
