The scray thing is that you said at the end that if within 2-5 years you don't have 325k revenue and 5+ employees, I guess you will not get an extension of your residency, something that D2 or D5 doesn't required. To get to this amount so fast is not easy.

Thanks for a really very informative video. What about the getting “incubator’s recommendation” which is the most crucial phase. Any recommendation regarding “incubator”? Which “incubator” you engaged with? Thanks

Thanks for this great video. What about translation of documents to Portuguese? Which documents do we need to translate to Portuguese? And how do we get an organization to do the translation to Portuguese?
@girlgoeshigh2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Please, watch my second video to have a better understanding of all documents you’ll need for the application. My team and I translated everything in English because Portuguese translators were more complicated to find. I don’t know how it works in your country but in our case there’re various translation agencies around the city 🤷🏼♀️ you just give the original paper, they translate, attest that they’re eligible to provide this service and attach the translation to the original document. You scan it all and upload to your profile

Great video, what is the minimum required time to stay in Portugal after getting your visa? Can you run your business from outside Portugal?
@girlgoeshigh2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The visa you get in your country is pretty short, so as soon as you arrive to Portugal you have to get a residence permit. It’s normally given for 2 years and you aren’t allowed to be outside of the country for more than 6 months in a row and 8 months in total. But just in case, please, check this information with the migration office as I’m not an expert

At 4:57 your statement is wrong. The Portuguese with less 45 years old yes the most of them can speak English (the schools until 90's they teach only French they start English after 1990). And be aware that only in three regions you have 80% of the ppl can speak English (if they are white because the non white are migrant and they come from former colonies of Portugal with very bad schools like Angola, Brazil, Mozambique, Cape Verde). Only Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Algarve have 80% of English speakers. Good luck in your journey, Portuguese is the most difficult Romance language to learn.

General statements are always arguable (not wrong though) 🤷🏼♀️ it all depends, all to some extent, that’s right. But thanks for providing some statistics here! I just hope you can agree that certain countries in Europe either have a tendency toward speaking English or not: Portugal vs. Spain, Germany vs. France, Latvia vs. Finland or Estonia. Details were just not a point of this video 😅 but maybe I should make one once I get my own experience and research on that! Thank you!
