“In our bones, we knew the war was almost as over. The galaxy held its breath waiting to see which side would the final, daring move. As for the would have it, the Republic moved first. When the orders reached the 501st, our morale soared. For better or worse, this would be the beginning...of the end.”

The hardest thing for me is seeing this clone wars anakin turn to evil. I feel like there are two different Anakins in Star Wars, the movie one and the clone wars one. @@thatguyfromravenclaw I agree. I think after a while the war was such that Obi-Wan kinda distanced himself from non-Jedi, like the clones. Considering how much they kinda threw him under the bus/ignore all throughout the show, mainly to highlight or promote Rex, I kinda shudder to imagine what ep.12 might entail (aka Rex killing Cody or Cody becoming a gibbering lunatic/murderer). T_T You're right, they can't do him like this.

When Both Ahsoka and Rex start saying "I am one with the Force and the Force is with me." was just amazing. This episode resonated perfectly with Jedi Fallen order.

TECHNICALLY he could be. We see Jedi fall from much farther than that and survive in the cartoons, but even in the movies. Anakin jumps quite a way in Episode 2 to land on the speeder of the bounty hunter they're chasing after he/she (shapeshifter) tried to kill Padme. Obi-Wan himself fell pretty far when Order 66 was issued. Yes, he landed in water, but from that distance, a fall into water would be highly damaging, if not fatal, to a normal person. The old adage "If there's no body, they probably aren't dead" might very well apply here. ...but, that's just a COULD. He could also be dead, obviously.

This episode was so insane that I was actually hoping to see Ahsoka and Rex somehow break the clones from the control of their chips and stop order 66 without remembering what happens anyway. The whole journey from Mandalore's surface to the venator bridge and until the transmission was so tense. It's been near 12 years from this shows debut and I'm never going to get over the fact that it's nearly done. The last scene when Rex tells Ahsoka that every single clone in the entire grand army of the Republic has been compromised by these chips basically since "birth??" Was also really emotional. Seeing the end of one of my favorite eras and knowing that the good guys don't win in this one is still hard for me to take
@namast32604 жыл бұрын
I loved how after Rex replied with "Yes Lord Sidious" palps stops for a second as if to acknowledge that the fact that Rex had figured out his identify meant the jedi were only hours away from figuring out who he was. Absolutely beautiful moment in my opinion

Well its the end of the Clone Wars so calling the show Star Wars the Clone Wars would kinda be weird when the Clone Wars is over so maybe they'll make a show called Star Wars The Dark Times and continue it that way, you just have to pray to the God Emperor Dave Filoni and wait and see.
