Hello friends, we share a famous Chinese dish today, "Kaishui Baicai" aka "Cabbage in Boiled Water".
It used to appear in royal meals, and the technique was passed on by the Sichuan cuisine master Luo Guorong. The dish gained lots of praise in national banquets from world leaders.

Hello everyone! We are Lao Fan Gu, three old men from Beijing that excel at eating, cooking and chit-chatting.
