No, the interceptor should constantly fire you whenever you're in 3km radius of it

The interceptors don't fire their main cannon whenever you're in range.

@@charliehey2791 It's different for some ships, but also doesn't require you to be cold they won't fire even when ur running hot depends on ur ship's heat signature
