Everyone underestimates Joe Biden. He's sharper than people give him credit for, and perhaps the best negotiator since FDR. He's certainly gotten the most done in his first term since FDR. And the actual SOTU speech this is based on was a masterful stroke where he got the entire GOP to stand up and agree to not get rid of Social Security. The reason that Biden appears to stumble over his words is that he has had a stutter ever since he was a kid. Occasionally it pops up.

I really had a dream last night that for some reason Biden appeared, and there was no-one else around so I had to keep getting him out of trouble. At one point he just veered off and walked straight into a corner for no reason. There was a cat in that corner, the cat freaked out as Biden walked right into it and pushed it into the corner so the cat attacked him. I was like: "I can't believe this...I have to go help him now??" When Biden fell over I had to go help because the cat was actively attacking him and now could get to his head. I had to pull the cat off of him, which naturally led the cat to now attack me. I had to pull the cat off of my leg by his neck, then he finally let off and ran away.

Some food products have come down in price at least for a little while. But don't be fooled by this. Reagan went to Eurika College in Illinois - has kind of an outlier in this list. He was a great Prez but the Cold War is over & I'm not 13 anymore. George HW Bush - Bush The Dad - went from Yale to Harvard. Bill Clinton went from Georgetown to Oxford to Yale. W went to Yale for Undergrad and Harvard for the rest. Obama went to Columbia..... Do you see a pattern emerging here??
