This is just another example of how little remorse he feels. As in none. You don't stab someone 114 times unless you are a soulless, heartless, pos monster. These kinds of scumbags are not redeemable. Ever.

Exactly, we're paying for these premeditated murderers to live. Biblically premeditated murder=Death. We've got over 700 inmates on death row here in California. Our screwball Governor Newsom put a moratorium on executions. Yearly cost $60--70,000 per inmate. This is SICK.

Sad to think our country treats inmates better than our elderly. Most have to sell their home to pay for a shared room with 3 meals and hope they get a shower 3 days a week where they have have to hope help is coming because states and the managment work aides and nurses so short staffed and so little pay and crap benefits that most are leaving the field. Why are inmates getting internet phones/tablets and our elderly who faught wars raised familys and worked get the bare mininum? Its sick

He’ll only do that to the weak inmates. It’s hard to say how he will do there. He could settle right in. I could just as easily see him getting beat up by inmates. He could also wind up being somebody’s b**ch. I will say this, if he tries the threaten the prison guards, they will beat the crap out of him! As for the tablet, Florida DOC issues every inmate a tablet. They can email, play games, listen to music, and watch educational material (all for exorbitant prices that their friends and family have to pay for, of course). They cannot go on the internet (unless they hack their tablet). He’ll probably start smoking K2, or as it’s called in the Florida Prison system, “toochy”. The biggest thing in prison is respect. If he tries to walk in there and act like he’s Mr. Tough Guy, somebody will bust him down really quickly. I say all this from experience. I made a mistake and served 5 years in the Florida D.O.C. During that time, I experienced 9 different camps. (Never had any issues, but they liked moving me around a lot). I worked as a tutor at most of the different camps, helping men get their GED. I watched men go from barely being able to write their own name and knowing what 2 x 2 is, to writing essays and doing Algebra and Geometry. It was a rewarding experience to help them, and it gave me a way to do positive things with my time. After serving my time, I am now working on putting my life back together from scratch. It has not been an easy journey, but one day at a time. Anyway, just my input, from somebody who has seen what happens from “behind the fence.”

The psychologist testimony at trial was extremely insightful. It seems, leading up to the murder, Fucci immersed himself in slasher films and videos of real life beheadings and murder. He was attracted to snuff films, not movies with special effects, but actual murders. His friends and girlfriend knew, but I don't know if his family was aware. It seems he conditioned his mind with so much of that stuff, that he developed an uncontrollable desire to murder. He told his friends exactly what he was going to do and he did exactly that, even to the point of afterwards pretending he was innocent, as he wanted to carry out more murders. If not caught when he was, he would have become a serial killer and murdered untold others. He already had his murder weapon, had a clear detailed plan, and he just waited for the opportunity. His first victim, literally could have been anybody. I think parents need to take interest in what their children, including teens, are exposing themselves to on the internet, and what their interests are. I refuse to believe there were no alarm bells.

Remember- they GAVE him this tablet. And then told him he could download offline games to keep himself occupied. This is actually a normal thing for them to have tablets and some can purchase nicotine vapes to smoke, it’s sickening to think he was in his “bat cave” meaning he didn’t mind his cell, playing candy crush on a device. Kaylee Goncalves family has said “we want death because we would do anything to be able to visit them in prison, it’s not justice getting to watch tv or eat three meals a day” and this is an example of what they are walking about, how is it fair that he killed her but gets to play candy crush to pass the time? This part of our system needs to go, the tablets are whatever the games and luxury of that is the problem. This is supposed to be a punishment not free time 👀

His half baked apology after getting years to think over what he was going to say to this girls family is a big example, he’s had SO much time to write them an apology and it was still the lamest apology I’ve ever read. 1) jail is much different than prison. Jails usually have tablets for inmates as they are innocent until proven guilty. In Fucci’s case, he was a juvenile so they have even more comforts in jail. 2) remember, not everyone in jail is guilty or a bad person. Someone I love is in jail for a clear self defense case, simply because the guy was friends with the police department. They ended up fudging the report so it made him look like a cold blooded murderer.
