How to write a Statement or Purpose for your UK University application as an International Student.
Writing a good Statement of Purpose is important, as it can be the difference between whether or not you receive an offer to study in the UK.

If we send you SOP, will you contact us before giving unconditional offer through mail / skype / phone call and we will have to pay university fee before unconditional offer letter? Should we wait for unconditional offer letter for fee

Thanks for getting in touch. If you have submitted all the documents required, and your application has been accepted, we'll issue an unconditional letter via email in the first instance. There is no fee just to receive your offer letter, you only pay a fee deposit when you want to accept your offer and receive your CAS to apply for a visa.

Yes - you could join a UK university. However you would need to study an International Foundation course before starting a degree programme. You would need to take an IELTS to join one of these courses.
