You have cleared my doubts, Dr. Thank you. Just yesterday, I had seen a video wherein a Dr was saying, Statin can become the cause of a person becoming diabetic. I am 72 years and diabetic since 14 years. My cholesterol has always been very much under control. As for my diabetes, I am taking one Glyzovil 50 in the morning. Since the time I saw that video, I was wondering if the RINVASTAT 10 that I am now taking should be discontinued. Was thinking of talking to my Diabetologist today. Changed my mind. Feeling so relieved now! You have given me the needed advice. Once again, Thank you.
