Let’s discuss! What would you like to see from Traveler’s Company? Not just product releases but company decisions? What are your thoughts on resellers and the market? 🤔

This had soo much, where to begin?! 🎉 Yes to Reseller's, but theres a limit in my opinion. Though each person has a different threshold... I do agree the mark up can be reasonable considering those factors you mentioned. Had a chance at TSL TN Edition, but passed it up as the design wasn't vibing at the time & kicking myself since. I made peace by getting a Kurozan A5 & Cordovan pen case. What Id like to see from Travelers is definitely more Embossings rather than Foiling in their Editions. They do not stand up to the wear the same.. Road Trip for example would have been fabulous if they had done it. I almost passed going to the Caravan because of that. Im not rough on it, but if Im keeping it as long as Wakako (BK) has had hers, then I prefer Embossed. The 2 Limit was perfect as I am giving one to my Dad! He has a Beetle & the size will suit his EDC needs. Win win Many of us didn't notice as much as we should have the Submissions shelf display. It would have been better surrounding the Stamp Area.. Hoping the Team augments their venue's accordingly. I was surprised they didnt go for Renting a vacant space in Peace Plaza shopping center or do a Collab with Kinokuniya! They've been carrying them since the beginning... It would have been nice with all the different Stores, Snack stands/Restaurants & the Parking being very accommodating for all. I loved stopping in at Tartine though 🤤Wish I had stayed for a proper Lunch, but I did want to make it to Japan Town before most Shops closed 6pm🙀 Thank you for this Video. It was nice to hear in depth perspectives!

I flew from Phoenix to Long Beach for the event. Just made a weekend out of it. Quick easy flight. Glad I went!

Great video! I would love for travelers to make some glass charms. Ive seen a beer bottle charm and it’s so cute. I would love like 1 pop culture limited edition travelers for the US this year! I’ve always thought the NYC Public Library should do a collab. - Finn :) Also reselling is a tricky topic. I like that it makes it more accessible to people who can’t afford to travel (for international releases), but it gets tacky if they end up on Amazon since the company wants purchasing these items to be special experiences as you travel. I think travelers should figure out global shipping for things like the Moomin edition though, because there’s no way I would ever be able to get it normally. Edit: I finished the video and we have a lot of similar opinions haha :P

at 30:15, maybe next time they could have a tall moving stand that would have a space to hang the bags or a hook to hang the canvas bags that they were going to purchase, and then they could scan other items and then put it in the canvas bags or their paper shopping bag.

lol your interpretation of the love and trip theme obviously reflects the associations you have to the words 😂 hilarious! I suppose we cannot always like everything that releases. I actually like the new theme and it’s a nice sentiment in the world today. The sayings and references are from literature and music!

Thank you for all your insight on the Long Beach event which I turned around and used for the San Francisco event. I did strike up a conversation with my line mate which totally increased my enjoyment of an already fun time. She and my husband convinced me to join the Viking event and I was able to get a walk-in appointment with her. I am new to this community, so I didn’t get requests for purchases. I did buy two sets (tote bag, brass clip, stickers, and notebook) one of which I will resell to help pay for the eight hour (round trip) drive and my and my husband’s time. We didn’t buy more sets although we could have bought two more. I was very happy that you mentioned Iijima-San in your video, I was able to get his signature on my Spiral Notebook. Thank you, Jasmin, for sharing your knowledge and your creative spirit (and your MFBear tote which I totally copied you on!).

I waited in line for an hour but you can just walk in when it is your time if you have an appointment. I actually saw a few people leave. It would be nice if they had someone who went down the line and explain the process etc.

Loved thissssss!! I honestly appreciate your content & you sharing your opinions - and especially appreciative of your recap vlog and haul for the Road Trip Caravan because it put me at ease for their SF stop. I had so much fun filming when I remembered, but also staying in the moment and chatting with others who attended. I also got Mr. Iijima's autograph thanks to you!! I am new to the TN community and really love how nice everyone is 😭 I would ALSO love a bread/bakery theme in the future. Can't wait for your next episode :)

I asked about the point of sale issue and it sounds like they only have 4 total. One was missing, one was charging, so that left only two for them to use to check people out. They also said they were not expecting that kind of turn out. Hopefully for future things like this they will come better supplied to flush people through that know what they want.

I had planned on going to the stamp caravan event, but due to family circumstances was not able to at the last minute. My first grandson was born! I also do not like the theme of love and trip. It feels very beetles coded💜🎶

My friend lives outside Seattle and it was a 3 hour drive plus ferry to get to the port Townsend event lol!

I feel kinda bad I didn’t pick up the tn, but I don’t use the standard size and I don’t know anyone who shares my hobbies, in my personal life. My wife and I were talking about if we saw you Jasmin, we would ask if u wanted us to get a couple and u can just zelle us or whatever…but I didn’t see u there. U got there after me. I know we don’t know each other personally, but u know people who would have loved to be there…and I don’t. I ended up going alone, but n e way, just thought I would share that with you. The intention was there.

That is so kind of you and very appreciated. I understand not knowing what to do with them even if you did buy extras - down to where to sell and how to package & ship. Sometimes all that extra work is enough to not want to do it in the end 😆 i hope we can cross paths at a future event!
