It would be kinda hard to do as a comedian with a very popular podcast but def still possible. Bank 6-8 weeks worth of pods, tell your agent not to book any shows for a 6-8 week window; then go to rehab for food addiction. It’s not really rehab, it’s a strenuous, transformative program where you lose 65-100 lbs. It just dawned on me that what I’m describing is called a “fat camp”, and the movie Heavyweights ruined fat camp for everyone. Lol to me, that would be the best option

These are the types of solutions skinny people offer to fat people(was fat am now skinny). To start losing that much weight over that short of a time period is not healthy. To add onto that it creates an unsustainable weight loss that’s almost assuredly gonna be regained. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to lose it by implementing healthy habits in your life slowly.

i dont think Stavros understands. If a sense of "fat loyalty" in a group of celebs, is whats stopping you from losing weight, having a healthier body, happier mentality and able to enjoy atheltic activities, or to simply not feel pain in your lower back after walking around for 15 minutes to 2 hours. If you pick this "identity" of who you are as a comedian is so important. I want you to take a look closely at Chris Farley and his life. Just look at him, sit on that stuff and do some thinking about it. dont lose weight for love because it just wont work. it never does. women are fickle creatures and they do not judge you with any rational sense in terms of appearances and giving you a chance. sometimes its completely random. look, im not any better. I'm 250lbs at 5'8(27 years old) with barely any of the muscle i had from weight lifting in highschool besides the bench press and deadlifts. im not any better. I basically survive on junk food. But the difference is that I know better, and I just need time and money, but the government likes a lot of that, so i dont have any time or money to fund getting healthier. my job in healthcare demands a lot from me.
