Do this strengthening exercises together with me at home. These are the same strengthening exercises that we teach patients in the clinic. This is to avoid muscle weakness to ensure that you stay as functional and as independent as possible.

Hi dear. I am 75 year old male. Most of your videos I used to watch and really it helps me a lot. Recently I have a problem on the side of my left leg thigh. I have bit pain on the side of my thigh. Not front or back. Exactly on the left side. If you can help me by giving a suggestion that would be great. May Almighty bless you and your family as always. 🙏

Hi Krishnannair, possible cause is Meralgia Paresthetica, wear less restrictive clothing, manage body weight since sudden weight gain can often cause this.
