Hi dear. I am 75 year old male. Most of your videos I used to watch and really it helps me a lot. Recently I have a problem on the side of my left leg thigh. I have bit pain on the side of my thigh. Not front or back. Exactly on the left side. If you can help me by giving a suggestion that would be great. May Almighty bless you and your family as always. 🙏

Hi Krishnannair, possible cause is Meralgia Paresthetica, wear less restrictive clothing, manage body weight since sudden weight gain can often cause this.
