I just love how they explain everything to us so we can understand them , and they make it fun so we don't get bored or distracted ( which happens to me very often) plus they are having fun to which is amazing. So thank you! You're amazing guys!

This guy spent the whole interview talking about what the center could do, over and over again, and never really getting to the meat of the issue. What I learned I could’ve picked up on the evening news from him.

I agree with this. Seemed like a lot of circling.

i hear you. i am moving towards leaving the channel. in the hour long videos, there are ten minutes that address the title of the vid. and the rest is repeating themselves, selling something, chatting or saying how good the programs/techniques are yet rarely drill down to what needs to be done.

This MD has contributed more to this world in 5 minutes, than both of you in your lifetimes. Dumb and Dumber!

I am loving these doctors. I started my wellness journey by feeding my pets appropriate food. Everyone listening here who also have pets, stop buying kibble and ultra processed pet food. You will add years to their life and their life will better too. Now I am eating better because of what I learned researching their food.

A wonderful discussion, and yes, some of us know how screwed up medicine is. Dr. Mark's humanity shines through on this. Wish I had a doctor like him.

Put good oils and good fats back into our foods instead of sugar will help a lot.

Adrenal Fatigue or anytime the adrenals are compromised, the body won't sleep. The solution is anti inflammatory diet/Low carb/Keto, taking Ashwaghanda-Rhodiols drops by Rejuvica, Cortisol-B12 shots, and other supplements that support adrenals. Now I sleep fine:) The brain needs fat: EVOO/CoconutOil/RealButter,&BaconGrease.

Good interview! There does need to be meat products and fats prioritised, I didnt hear that in this.

I think doctors don’t give patients enough credit. Just tell them the life change goal so they can make the changes and get the benefits as soon as possible.

It’s people who give over control to their doctors. People don’t want to fix their lives they just want their dr to fix them and how do drs do that? Pills, pills, and more pills.

Look into maitake mushrooms. I used Real Mushroom's brand capsules. I took 8grams Turkey Tail daily ifor renal cancer. One was surgically removed. The other now appears to have transformed into a benign type of mass.

Basically an hour long video of these two complimenting each other and bragging. Almost 0 useful info.
