The StayAhead Tools are simple exercises that you can do any time, any place that serves a specific purpose. Use them like a tool from your tool shed to accomplish a targeted task.
THE CACTUS: Our constant use of cell phones causes rounded posture which can become permanent. THE CACTUS opens the upper back and creates mobility around the shoulder blades. It's a fun move and it feels so good!
