That’s correct! Our mothers never used these things. Most of these didn’t even exist. Specially the actives and I believe it is totally our choice today if we want to use all this or no. There is absolutely no compulsion at all.

Hi Meenakshi.. I think i have damaged my skin barrier...so I started using DOT AND KEY CERAMIDE MOISTURIZER from 2-3 days.. it is good but I feel stinging sensation on my cheek after applying that... Is that because of the moisturizer??? Or my skin damaged barrier???

Di mera oily acne prone skin hain ,,,,,main salicylic acid based facewash, dot and key cica calming night gel, dermaco 1% hylarunic sunscreen use krti hoon and acne pimple close comedone ke liye benzoyl peroxide and adapelene gel.Recently maine dermaco ka snail mucin and plum ka rice water moisturizer use kiya thha par mera acne aay gaya toh main cermamide or peptide kaise include karo apni skin care routine main ? Or kya Karna necessary hain or is Wale routine se kam chal jayega.

Hey …. I had bad dark circles and it has improved a lot . First check your Iron in the blood . Dark circles won’t go away if your hb level is low . What I did was sleepin on time . I apply eye cream morning and night . Use retinol night eye cream … minimalist has a good one and for morning the plum vitamin c one is good . And has lots of water

Kahin aapko bahut zyada dryness to Nahi ho Rahi since you are using so many drying actives throughout the week? Also check your cleanser and moisturiser also that whether they are comedogenic or not.
