@@ceceas a "medium" refers to a way of communicating, like Radio. "Bloody rare" means very rare. But 'medium' and 'rare' are ways of cooking meat, and the visuals are of a bloody deer (representing Alastor) being cooked

Honestly, I love the outfits in the artwork too. Chloe in a classic coat from an era when radio ruled the realm of media, and yourself in what looks more like a News Anchor or Presenter jacket, more modern, more "prime and proper" TV.
