But we get that on and poppin today and follow it with a workout. Honestly I took a week break and came back strong and I've been thriving with my 12,3,30 and I've been LOVING my body. Idk what happened but I feel so motivated and so snatched recently. I show you a bunch of house updates and we chat. I'll be talking to you in the comments like usual xo

You should do a full 30 min video of you doing the whole 12, 3, 30 and post just that as a seperate video!!! That way, when we do it too we can just set it up next to us and feel like we’re doing it together!! That would be so cute 🤍🤍✨✨

I do 12 3 30 almost every day not even to lose weight but to move my body. I’m sitting all day because of online classes so 12 3 30 is my 30 minutes of relaxation and self care. 🥰

If you are from EUROPE, the 12 - 3 - 30 translates into: 12 - 4,8 - 30 10 or 12 incline (my treadmill only goes to 10 incline) 4,8 km/h speed and 30 minutes 😊 Thank you Lauren, this has help me to loose 6 kg but most importantly to keep the weight down and steady.

I've been sick for nearly a week and haven't been going to the gym and getting my workouts in and it's been making me feel really down and bad about myself. I already knew it before, but it's times like this that really show you how good working out makes you feel and I'm nearly better and can't wait to get back into it 😊😊💖

I did 15 incline 4 speed and 40-60 minutes about 2 years ago and I lost so much weight and I feel good about myself & my body🙌🏼✨

I use to do 12, 3, 30 all the time in High school. Once I got to college I got very busy, stopped, and became overweight, BC also ruined my life lol. I recently just got back to the treadmill for the past 2-3 months and I begun losing all my weight again. I lost 30 pounds and this video just makes me so happy. :)) Thanks Lauren

@@rossieili 3-4 times a week! Consistency is definitely key. My metabolism is naturally slow but I eat pretty healthy, I don’t eat fast food or too many processed things. Your diet is key as well, but if I stop exercising I always gain weight even if I eat healthy. :(

Thanks for sharing your story! I never feel like I can commit to anything and I’m with you on BC absolutely ruining life. I used to be so fit and strong until BC and then gained 25 pounds and have been struggling losing the weight. Unfortunately I place my own worth/value on my weight and have struggled with depression and my relationship with food so I’m not sure why but your comment in particular made me very hopeful. I will really work hard to do this everyday and make it a routine. Thank you and be well!

Anyone else doing 12 3 30 just to do it for self care/ overall well-being and not for weight loss? also love sparkling water but do not be fooled it doesn't hydrate the same as plain H2O! and too much can cause UTI's - from experience 🤣also 12-3-30 slaps 🙌🏻

In the beginning of the video you were describing feeling less predictable, and more scattered- a really good description of that is feeling less "centered"! Meditation is very helpful in helping people find their center so you're doing exactly what you need to do! :)

My gyms are outdoors so rn I froze my gym membership and I miss doing 12 3 30 definitely takes a toll when you go from working out and being at home and not doing much exercise. 😩

I can relate to not being in the mood to do makeup - with being home often now, I'm like okay so why bother with getting put together because no one will see it?? But I have been forcing myself to still get dressed in the morning at least a couple days a week and I've been feeling better... it's true what they say: *when you look good, you feel good!* Do your self care routines any time you feel "blah" and see the difference 🙏🏼

Yes Lauren, I LOVE YOU! side note: I totally get what you’re saying about trainers doing the exercises with you. However, as a strength and conditioning coach I don’t do the exercises with my teams/ group sessions. I am adamant about coaching and correcting/cueing form... that’s why I don’t work out with the people I am coaching. And that may be other coaches intentions as well 🙌🏻
