In this Episode - Splitsie goes into Mining Machine mode, TFE mourns his library and does some salvage, and Capac tries to make a new friend into a enemy... Purple; you have the patience of a saint... But, some advice for you - if you shoot Capac first, TFE will panic so much that you can take your time claiming whatever you want. If you want an even bigger distraction, though, shoot the ship with the weird face; then watch TFE run around claiming he's being eviscerated! (Sorry, TFE)

This series has gone through so many different areas. First you had the moon base progression. Then the flying skywarp journey. Then the asteroid saga, then the planet excursion, and now back to the skywarp! (I had to come up with a bunch more interesting words because I just wanted to call every section a saga lol)

Until I'd seen it in the tunnel again, I had completely forgotten the Marlin existed. Definitely one of the ships of all time. Splitsie's solo adventure to crush Parallax and ASSERT bases in a swath across the planet will certainly be fun to see while the other two try to figure out how, like, laser antenna or something work.

This episode was bittersweet for me. I'm leaving for at least a year for military training shortly and this will be the last episode I'll see for a long time. This series got me through the last few weeks as I've dealt with the anxiety of what's to come and leaving my family. On a lighter note ive worked on a ship inspired by battle star gallactica as ive watched. Ill have to show it off when i get back and finish it in the discord. Farewell splitsie, capac and TFE. The laughs I've had over your shenanigans have helped so much as I've dealt with this all. Farewell for now.

The split story was really exciting and it was very bold of you to let "them two" take off on their own again - with a stranger (Of course you aided as the Supervisor, No way you wouldn't want control over the situation lol)! If you raid a base during the day, getting the solar charging upgrade is basically an extension on your anti-inhibitor upgrades.

I think the first upgrade only made it drain slower, not gain anything. But it would help a bit maybe... or was that a bug in the system? Don't remember

7:55 Splitsie says he's going to jump off the ladder, but he appears to forget that Space is the jump button and instead just lets go of the ladder; falling back down the shaft rather than launching off it to the platform behind him.

If you are struggling to remove blocks when they are wedged between other blocks, or trying to merge blocks into a gap. Try to push or pull the block out while getting someone to place new blocks on the grid. Every new block lets the block you are trying to remove move quite a bit as the physics resets.

Great video as always! I have a quick question for you. How the heck did you make, in your Scrapyard scenario, large grid prefabs that have small grid builds mag plated to them? Every time I spawn in my large grids the mag plates and small grids aren't there. Lastly, Where are the settings for how long or short the red gps indicators stay on the hud?

It's a technique I only learned after I'd made most of them, thanks to one of the devs dropping in on a stream :D To create a blueprint with all landing gear locked grids you press ctrl+alt+b or to create a prefab, ctrl+alt+c and then export as usual :)

I think it was a wasted opportunity not to call it the "armed glove". Also love how they replaced all thrusters with the industrial version that look way less durable than the original thrusters.

mmmm ... just had a Scathingly Brilliant Idea.. or a brain fart, sometimes hard to tell the difference - since they frequently both end in disaster. But is there a way to mount an Unknown Signal to your grids? While it can stay functional as an Unknown Signal, Sound and all?

would say that if the inhibitors reduce your energy... wouldn't solar recharging benefit you during day raids... as it should mitigate the energy drain, depending on the rate of the drain vs the recharge

TFE has it and you can tell the difference. At level 1 maybe it drains slowly but it still drains (out of any field i mean).
