I was in the hospital for 4 days to undergo Cardiac Catheterization and Transesophageal Echocardiography.

The hospital food there looks pretty decent - food in North American hospitals is generally quite awful! 3. A great health care system in Japan (great idea to show the final bill!) - pretty good in Canada too. 4. Wasn't it great to have a 5-day hospital stay turn into 4 days?! 😁

I have to do a heart cath as well just as like a checkup, those are pretty routine but yes Japan has the number 1 cardiac care in the world. Glad you are doing well little bro

A long time ago, I took a speech class in my first year of college and chose the topic of bananas. Like you, I pointed out what a good source of potassium they are. Now, every time I eat a banana, I think of potassium and that speech. So, my advice is never give a speech on bananas, but in your case, it may be too late, as you have established the link between bananas and potassium and probably your hospital visit, and memorialised it on video. Oh well, at least it will be a memory that turned out well, and you created a great 'documentary' of a visit to a Japanese hospital - thank you!
