Your happiness as you eat and drink is very infectious and I am smiling and laughing throughout your “feast”. I must find that Sake to try myself. It’s a very beautiful room and it’s nice that you “feel so lucky”.

I am so greatful for you and Satoshi. I will never be able to travel to Japan and you make it feel like I'm there enjoying along side you 🥰 maybe one day I will be fortunate to visit Japan but for now I will just enjoy your videos!

If you have the chance, I strongly suggest you to travel to Japan. The food can be inexpensive and still taste really great if you are on a budget. I don’t know why I waited so long myself to go there. But once I was able, it was such a pleasure. And don’t worry if you don’t know Japanese language, most businesses in major cities will understand basic English and their train, subway systems are all also in English.

@@JT-yj3tr I see! It the actual travel expenses that are unaffordable but I live in MT, USA. Flying anywhere from here is expensive!

@@Alicia.Marie.13 Let’s hope that one fine day, you’ll be in Japan to meet Satoshi and Shinichi in person. Their personalities are always in tandem with each other and provide an enjoyable experience for everyone. I have both Irish and Japanese heritage.

Japanese hospitality is awesome isn't it? The second and third time I visited Japan, I used the same hotel and they also left me a fruit plate as well as a welcome note. Wonderful!

I'm so happy to see you revisiting Nakagawa Machi and the fabulous Iizukatei! Of all the accommodations in which you've stayed, this is my favorite. Such beauty and ambiance, gorgeous and delicious food, top-flight staff, serenity--one couldn't want more. You both deserve this after last year with its highlights, heartbreaks, and hard work. So much love to you and Satoshi, Shinichi. ❤️❤️

The alcohol in sake cleans your palette so The sweetness is amplified also the sugar of sake sticks to miso so that should make taste last longer smoother. In way sake should make everything fresh... lol like msg lol

You guys were lucky and they served you Muroka Nama Genshu Junmai Daigingo (無濾過生原酒純米大吟醸). That's top of the line and since it's Nama (unpasteurized) and a Genshu (undiluted) it must have been really expressive and punchy. 乾杯
