It's so quiet oh my goodness!! I wanted to try it out last time I was in Japan but I was feeling too shy to try since my japanese isn't all that good. I'll definitely try next time though!

Thanks for your comment! All rooms are non-smoking, but there were multiple clean smoking areas. As for vaping, Japan's vape laws are not yet in place, so it's not clear if you can vape in your room...
