Another great video, it's a shame these type of painting videos are no longer made and shared. BRING THEM BACK

You apply your HIGHLIGHTS in such a more blended and TRANSPARENT way than I ever would... (It's a much more DETAILED and DELICATE way of applying the light...) I've been trying this technique and I have to say that, IF YOU MIX THE PAINT CORRECTLY, it works... Basically, you need more LAYERS, a very steady hand to carefully apply the HIGH where you need it and of course enough base/mid shade in reserve to correct if and when you mess up... But your technique WORKS!!! (Only GOOD BRUSHES will allow you to do that!!!) Great videos and I'm learning stuff!!! xx SF

Awesome job as always. Wow a tough task here, black on black is not easy. Great call on the riding overall, you are right all of the references I have ever seen call for 'wolves teeth' edging. thanks Steve

Excellent job. If I could make a request maybe a Napoleonic artillery team and cannon? Or Austrian infantry? I know you've done a 'white' tutorial but an all white character. The difference between unbleached wool white and clayed leather strap white would be interesting.

Great. I'm going to be painting some of Roger's Rangers in dark green soon. This vid will help a lot. And I'm sure to paint some 95th eventually.

Great job! But I think you forgot to paint the cords of his shako...

Blue Max Yea, I think you are right. I just painted them black like the rest of the hat, I mean I DID paint them... I just later realized they should probably be dark green like the other bits of the uniform.

Hi, Do you paint units or just a figure from those units? also would like to see a video on all the Napoleonic figures that you have painted thus far with a report on the difference between painting each figure.
