In the end, I couldn’t decide on which tank was best. Both ended around 3,900 damage and 80%wr at 30 each games.

The STB-1 and Patton both have 0.08 dispersion penalty while traversing it’s turret and a 0.1 dispersion penalty while moving the tank and traversing the hull, but the STB has better base gun handling with a 1.72 second aim time and 0.308 dispersion compared to the Patton’s 1.81 second aim time and 0.317 dispersion. The STB has the 2nd highest 90-day win rate of all tier X meds, only 0.46% lower than the T-22. That’s not including the Kampfpanzer 50T which has a 63.86% win rate, but that’s greatly inflated from open testing by great players.

and these great players think that only they should be allowed to participate in the open test, since they are so good so anything will seem good when they play it, no matter how bad the tank may seem. and this infuriates me. Just becuz they may be the best, doesn't mean that they should deem everyone else with less skill than them to be incompetent to take part in the open test. Those arrogant bastards think they rule the world, on a mobile game.

Well, the STB is the true king of hulldown but the M48 is a great all rounder with that dpm. I honestly prefer more the Patton just because of the dpm and the fact that it suites my playstyle very well. Also it was my first tier 10

STB-1 is the better hull down tan whereas the Patton (M48 or M60) has better allround capapility.....be careful at turret of M48/M60.... the spots next to the gun can be penetrated...so allways wiggle ...also TD´s have it easier to pen your turret as it is much larger as the one of STB-1. Also ...the track wheel of M48/M60 is weak spot.

For me M48 Patton/M60 is a "hate love". I love to play them....but I hate it really that I get that often penned in the turret weak spot next to the gun.

I don't understand why ou would use supercharge on tanks like the the STB and M48. I get it for most russian meds because their velocity is abysmal but 2k with SC on these tanks? Overkill
