We're doin' it, guys! We're making steaks on the Blackstone E-Series 17-inch Electric Griddle! Time to test this bad boy out on REAL MEAT!!!! But can a steak on an electric griddle stand up to a steak on a charcoal grill? Only one way to find out B-)
I cook TWO - count 'em TWO - ribeyes in this episode, one with simple standard seasoning, the other with the same PLUS some liquid smoke. What do you think? Can we get an artificial grill flavor here that's almost as good as the real thing? Do YOU have any tips for accomplishing this!?
