When making cookies the flour goes last! Put all of the ingredients in the bowl (minus the flour) mix it and then add the flour and mix again. When putting the flour in first you risk having flour lumps in your cookies. Also precise measurements are necessary for baking. Cooking can be random but baking must be precise.
