I did this, but our friend group purposefully held "important strategy meetings" in places we found goofy and out of place for it. We'd frequently get asked what important business we were talking about and roleplayed a dumb business talk, sprinkling in WoW terms like business ones. DPS was direct product shipment, DOTS (and more dots) was Direction orientation thinking systems. Shit was fun to irl troll adults who thought we were entrepreneurs and not the NEETs we were.

I know asmon says he embarrassed himself for content but as a nail technician myself, I am very proud of him. It's about the health of the nails and skin. I envy the friendships between all of you. Unfortunately all my friends jumped ship when I had my first kid at 21. They all wanted me to go to the bars and I had to buckle down and get another job. They never showed up to the baby showers or the birthdays. Soul crushing really. Hard at 30 years old to try and make new friends.

It's not too late, I didn't meet my best friends in life until I hit my 30's. It does take leaving your comfort zone though, for me it was saying hi to the neighbors my age. Connected me to a whole network of people with similar interests and schedules.

I like to live in the moment and really soak in experiences and it’s extremely rare for folks to feel the same. I am an old sold for sure and makes things difficult.

The things I'm interested in are often different from the mainstream population and could often called "alternative" - from non-religious spirituality, meditation, oriental philosophy, alternative medicine, alternative geopolitical views, alternative media,.... Yet with all of that, I have still found a ton of amazing friends, even though I live in a small country in Europe. I guarantee you, you are just limiting yourself - the people you seek are out there and you can find them and befriend them :)

FYI the shakiness at the end is due to your shutter speed being lowered than 1/50 (which i assume was done because it's dark), but you should always change either ISO or Aperture to compensate for dark settings (thank you for coming to my ted talk)
