I only do the upload manually because it can take multiple transmissions to get it updated but it all depends on the access you have to your camera

One other quick question..... I'm new to using cell cams. With the fusion plan, do you have to use it continuous (12 months) or can you pick when you want cell service....say August-December?

I have the same camera and it isn’t sending pictures. It’s programmed correctly. Anyone else have this problem? I have deer walk in front of the camera and no pictures sent to my phone. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just got one from rural king for 65 bucks. I think I'll take it back...cant get it to work reliably. Shows all 3 green lights and sends the picture when I turn it on but then no more.

Does this camera work as a standard camera without having to buy the cell plan? Or what if you have it set up in a place with no service?

Do you have to have you mobile phone be the same company as the camera? For instance, must have AT&T service on phone to match the AT&T camera? Also, phone must be nearby to sync in the instructions. Does that mean just to set up the app initially? Or always nearby to sync pictures?

You can have any phone service and get either Verizon or at&t it’s a totally separate bill your actually paying the camera company not the cellular service and you don’t need to be by the camera to sync it after you sync it the first time

So does the operating hours turn the cam on and off? Or just if you have time set up for it?

It basically would take pics during the hours you choose. I think it’s more for security purposes rather than hunting purposes. If you had it at a work site you wouldn’t want it to keep taking pics while people are walking around working

How fast does it send you pictures after it was taken... for example takes pic at 7:30 but sent it at 7:32

Curious if anyone else has ever had this problem. I have 3 stealth cam fusion cameras and one of them is all of the sudden saying 0 battery but has new batteries and it uploads images and shows the cellular connection. However it uploads the images backwards. Example it is on 2 image burst and will upload the first photo then about an hour later it will upload the 2nd burst photo and it is set to instant upload. Please let me know your thoughts.

As far as I know they don’t have any kind of tracking for that. I believe the spypoints do but I can’t remember for sure

I use solar panels on my fusion the command app said it had over 189 pictures, I pulled the card and checked and my cell phone did in fact recieve every one of those, it's went through rain and snow and ice storms, no issues at all still running as advertised by StealthCam. Love the setup ease and cell plans available.

People saying 700 photos instant transmit 3 weeks is bad battery life..... but its not. if it is doing instant grouping. It really never gets a break... the cell drains the battery. so giving it a 2-6 times per day transmit.. allows the cell portion to turn off... Jake what did you notice when you changed it to a less frequent transmit

I would not update the camera. Once I did mine it totally messed it up, last step was to remove battery pack and put it back in and once I did the lights on camera will not come back on and won’t allow me to finish the update customer service is useless.

You just answered my questions in this video that I asked you on your purchase video lol. The battery life. .. personally I think that terrible. My son in law had spypoints and his will do about 3 months transmitting from KY to TN. As far as price, bass pro have them on sale right now. It's a 2 pack for $199.99.....so $100 per cam

I think it is supposed to take the daily test photo at the time you set upload time. i just read that on my set up.

Can you delete the pictures from the app to keep the card clear? This would be a set up that a person wouldn’t be physically going to the location for a few months. Is there another camera you would recommend

As far as I know you can’t delete pics with the app but if you set the picture quality low and don’t use a burst a 32gb as card will last a while

Stealth Cam customer service is absolutely terrible...can’t get through, don’t know what they’re doing.

I absolutely agree with this. I’ve had an issue with a camera that just died almost a month ago and I have gotten no answers on what’s going on. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, no response to numerous email etc. I have a bunch of different cell cameras and steathcam is by far the worst with customer service.
