Dearest Steve, Our 27 year old son was a huge fan of yours. He unexpectedly passed away a week ago, but he lived for nature. His favourite was his own particular version of stealth camping in the National Forests, (California, Montana, Colorado, Texas, etc,...as well as numerous times in Canada) Sometimes that included a car, and other times it meant backpacking to the site for a more serious commune with nature. He loved it. It was where he was happiest! Thank you for helping others to dream big and realize all the beauty there is in nature. Brightest blessings to you and Jess always! 🙏❣🙏❣

Hey Steve, My brother and I sincerely want to thank you for the content you put out. You've inspired us to get back into the outdoors, taught us a thing or two about starting fires, and how to keep bears away from ones campsite, and I could keep going . One probably wouldn't think that some of those lessons are high on the priorities chart, however it's the small ones that mean even more, you take the time to explain why you do things a certain way and the pros and cons, really line it out and give a good analysis. our old man wasn't around to take us out for this kind of stuff as youngins, it was always something we wanted to do.Without going too much into detail in the comments, I really want to emphasize the amount of respect you have on your name in so many people's lives. We have a campsite reserved for a 5 day getaway at a campsite out of town this week! Cheers again Steve, hunker down !

I love the narration, Steve comes across really well and he's interesting, sometimes very witty. For someone who does his thing alone I feel I'm there with him. I can feel the excitement in doing what he does. Never change Steve.

That huge burger patty barely fit in the pan(and the 5 pounds of mushrooms as a burger topping ) Classic Steve

Nothing beats his "Little sandwich" though, that thing was big enough to feed a family.

Steve is such a good guy he doesn't want to be clickbaity even though the title and description of his video make no mention of clickbait material. You make me wanna go camping, Steve. Hunker down!!!

11:14 at night in Hawaii yes just 6 hours behind the east coast. But yes I love watching this crazy Canadian and his wild adventures.

Amazing that you where able to stealth camp in such an open terrain and open shelter. A one man tent (in a darker color) may have fit in that bird observatory. Interesting that you where able to use a tarp to get a wind block. Enough to keep from freezing in that snowy night. The morning was just beautiful to behold.

Cheers! Nice one! Definitely a good thing you had that hammock fly and that the snow wasn't coming in the wide open front too! The burger looked delicious! Drone Daze sent me.
