I wouldn't say that. Aizen always found a way to either wriggle himself out of suspicion or simply hide things so well that no one but Gin and Tosen knew. ​@XmasterHUN It's like Aizen's intellect is only rivalled by Urahara's in the entire series. Add to that magic, spells, high-level tech and it's entirely plausible he was just that good at hiding his presence. Though they probably did drop the entire ball on the whole Turn back the pendulum (vizards) ordeal, because I imagine that's as much as Aizen allowed himself to be visible in the whole history of him being in the Gotei 13.
