i dont really turn my steam deck OLED on full brightness most of the time, so does that mean i risk less burn in since its default brightness or below?

The lower the brightness the slower it will burn in

I got the OLED at launch loved it so much I grabbed a LCD for my wife on sale. If you get one with a good LCD screen it’s not bad at all. And I’m an image science specialist (display calibration expert).

Not sure sire if you've played cyberpunk on it, but my goal is to get in to light modding on the steam deck. And get in to pc gaming itself, would you say it's doable? I know you can play the game comfortably at 45fps, would a few mods damage the performance drastically? Online people don't mention modding on the deck for cyberpunk. Good vid bro

Is this true that due to the anti cheat steam deck can’t play some other games?

It is. If it has a single-player mode, you can still play that. But the anti cheat software only runs on Windows, thus blocking multiplayer authentication.

It's only for now. It's being worked on with steam and big anti cheat company's. Valve take customers advice seriously which is great

You can play games with anti cheat, but few games don't give time to port on linux via proton.

I think valve should have removed the track pads I’ve never been in. A situation we’re experiencing need them ever that would have made it more portable like the size of the rog ally I’m looking for a 2nd device and for that reason I may get a rog ally

And the steam deck has the best battery life of the lot. Was looking for a switch replacement, but the dire battery life of most of them is annoying.
