DUMPLING DOUGH
Flour, water and a pinch of salt
FILLING
Onion
Zucchini
Carrots
Garlic cloves
Cabbage leaves
Ground pork
Seasoning with salt, black pepper and soy sauce
INSTRUCTION
- For the dough mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth ball until is smooth. The dough has to be tough. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- For the filling, cook the vegetables all together for 10 minute and let them cool. Mix the ground pork and the seasonings.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and lightly fry the dumplings until the bottoms are golden.
- Add 1/3 cup of water, cover with a lid and steam the dumplings until the water has cooked away. Uncover and cook for another 2 minutes over medium-low heat.
They are ready, enjoy!
