Iv'e been a console player for years..... i admit, i still own my Series X and PS5, and yeah..... I will still use them. But i am genuinely really looking forward too getting my first PC. I was sensible, it is kinda middle of the road..... Stormforce Onyx i5 4060Ti. I am not looking too play massive triple AAA titles.... More the strategy games, Warhammer games and adventure games on Steam that just are not available on console. Sure, i'll have a pop at Tarkov and some known PC banger's, but it just will open up a whole new world of games. I spoke to a known trusted PC specialist here in the UK, and he said for a first PC, the choice i made will suite me fine. But i admit, i know nothing of even where too start when it gets delivered Tuesday. Thank God for KZbin lol

So you download the Steam client to a folder that you created on another hard drive in your PC? This is what I wanted to do, is too put the client along with all game downloads in a 2 TB 3.5" HDD so that my OS drive doesn't get full. I was not sure if this would work as I am very new to the PC gaming but want to learn so that I can participate with my grandkids. Any help and tips is appreciated thank you.

I'm all setup now 👍🏻 Very simple, very basic. It's good to know what you are going into before going into it, on a PC. I'm on the Ryzen 5600g and currently waiting for my Zodiac 3060 to arrive.. I'm new to PC gaming.. and there's a handful of games I've wanted to play for a lont while. Some i won't even bother to try running until i install the GPU.
