• Ingredients: Steamed black rice twisted rolls
Black rice 100 grams, 0:29,
Soak the black rice for 4 hours, take it out and drain out the water. Then add 350 grams of water, and blend it to be fine to make the dough.
White sugar 1 spoonful, 1:00,
Yeast powder 5 grams, 1:03,
All-purpose flour 500 grams, 1:05,
Knead the above ingredients into a dough and let it rise to twice its size. Make the dough into twisted rolls and then let them rise for 15 mins before steaming. Add some cold water in the pot and then put the rolls in the steaming pot. After the water gets to a boil, start timing and steam for another 15 mins. After steaming, keep the rolls in the pot with the lid on for 2 more mins.

我來學做糕點…但是其實我不會吃這些對身體超級有害的碳水化合物加糖也加油! 看了不少視頻也實踐了幾樣…發現其實超級簡單…只要思考到每種食材結合的原理以及一些麵粉水油泡打粉小蘇打酵母固定的比例~其他的可以自己隨意發揮! 就那幾種材料變來變去而已[精緻麵粉加糖再加油或者雞蛋(蛋白質與脂肪)等於毒上加毒,不但是高血糖而且會導致高血糖持久,還會增加糖化蛋白質AGEs…學會了製作,我再也不敢吃這些糕點了) 所有的精緻碳水化合物只能配合高纖維的食物一起吃…比如蔬菜,目的就是減緩血糖拉高…對身體組織器官的破壞!

看顏色應該是在台灣稱為黑糯米的紫米,是一種基本沒啥糯性的米

饅頭沾在屜布上取下也簡單,就是把饅頭朝下屜布朝上,拿布沾涼開水,再用濕布輕拍打饅頭的屁股,就能輕易取下屜布而不會把饅頭皮一起撕下。
