• Ingredients: Steamed black rice twisted rolls
Black rice 100 grams, 0:29,
Soak the black rice for 4 hours, take it out and drain out the water. Then add 350 grams of water, and blend it to be fine to make the dough.
White sugar 1 spoonful, 1:00,
Yeast powder 5 grams, 1:03,
All-purpose flour 500 grams, 1:05,
Knead the above ingredients into a dough and let it rise to twice its size. Make the dough into twisted rolls and then let them rise for 15 mins before steaming. Add some cold water in the pot and then put the rolls in the steaming pot. After the water gets to a boil, start timing and steam for another 15 mins. After steaming, keep the rolls in the pot with the lid on for 2 more mins.
