Water about 20 grams(add proper amount according to the hardness of dough) 2:13,
• Ferment it after we finish making it. Ferment it to be 60%-70% which means the size increases by 60%-70%, heat the water to be boiling and then put the dough in it. Steam it for about 25 mins with medium heat.
